We’re a family-owned company based in Slovakia. Behind EASYBOOKING stand the two of us – Róbert and Mária. No foreign investors, no call centres on the other side of the world, no anonymous customer service. What we do have is something more important – our own name, our own responsibility, and our own phone that we’ll actually pick up.
EASYBOOKING wasn’t born in a corporate boardroom. It started at our kitchen table, over coffee, from real conversations with people running service businesses who all told us the same thing: „The existing systems are either too complicated, or too expensive, or both.”
